Privacy Policy

This is the privacy policy of LIVEPROOF AGENCY, LLC (“LIVEproof”, “we”). It covers our website at liveproofagency.com, the landing pages our posters and ads point to, and the LIVEproof creator portal at portal.liveproofagency.com. It is written to be read, not to be survived.

What we collect

If you are just visiting the website. We record the page you landed on, the campaign or placement code in the link that brought you here, which person’s poster or referral link you used, your referring site, your browser user agent, and an approximate country and region derived from your IP address. We do not ask you for your name, email or phone number anywhere on the public website.

We store one first-party cookie, lp_attr, for 90 days. It records which poster, ad or link brought you here — including which person handed you the poster, so they get credit — and nothing else. It is written the first time you arrive and is not overwritten afterwards. It is not shared with advertising networks and it does not follow you to other websites.

We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (Vercel Web Analytics) to count page visits. It sets no cookies and does not identify you or follow you to other websites.

If you apply. Tapping an apply button records that a click happened, along with which button and the campaign information above, and then sends you to TikTok. The application itself is completed on TikTok and is governed by TikTok’s own privacy policy, not this one.

If you join LIVEproof. We collect the account information you give us in the creator portal, including your name, email address and — if you choose to provide it — your mobile phone number. TikTok also shares performance information about your account with us through its agency platform: things like how long you went live, how many people watched, and what you earned. Messages, files and other communications sent through the portal are stored by LIVEproof and can be accessed and reviewed by LIVEproof admins.

We never have your TikTok login and we never have direct access to your account. We cannot post as you, read your TikTok messages, or sign in. Everything we see comes from TikTok’s own reporting, and it stops when you leave.

Text messaging and mobile information

If you provide a mobile phone number and opt in to text messages through the creator portal — for example for ticket updates or account notifications — the following applies.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We share your mobile number only with the messaging provider that delivers the message on our behalf, and only in order to deliver it.

Message frequency varies based on account activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out of further messages at any time, and reply HELP for help or email hello@liveproofagency.com. Opting out of text messages does not affect your LIVEproof account or your standing as a creator. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not send marketing or promotional text messages, and we do not buy, rent or import phone numbers for messaging. We only message people who gave us their number and opted in themselves.

How we use it

To understand which posters, ads and referrals actually bring people in, so we know where to spend. To review applications. To run the creator portal, support creators, and send the account and ticket notifications described above. To meet legal and tax obligations.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers who process information on our behalf and only on our instructions:

Twilio — SMS delivery for ticket alerts and account notifications. Vercel — website and portal hosting, including server logs and cookieless page-visit analytics. TikTok — the application and creator programme themselves, under TikTok’s own policy.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone’s safety. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it with data brokers.

How long we keep it

Website campaign and apply-click records are kept for 12 months and then deleted. The lp_attr cookie expires after 90 days on its own; you can delete it sooner in your browser settings at any time, and the site works normally without it.

Creator account information is kept for as long as your account is active, and for up to five years after your relationship with LIVEproof ends — consistent with the confidentiality duration in the Portal Terms of Use — or longer where we are required to retain it to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.

Your rights and choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to delete it, or ask us to correct it — email hello@liveproofagency.com and we will respond within 30 days. You do not have to be a LIVEproof creator to ask. Depending on where you live you may have these rights by law; we extend them to everyone regardless.

Blocking cookies in your browser, or using private browsing, prevents the attribution cookie from being stored. Nothing on this site is gated behind it. You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP.

Security

We limit access to personal information to the people who need it to do their work, and we rely on our hosting and messaging providers’ own security controls. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise.

Age

Everything we do is for people 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has contacted us, email us and we will delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy we will change the date at the top. When we make material changes, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
