These terms cover your use of this website, operated by LIVEPROOF AGENCY, LLC (“LIVEproof”). They are not the creator agreement — that is a separate document you would see before joining, and nothing here commits you to it. If you already have a portal account, the Portal Terms of Use govern your use of the portal. How we handle information across both is described in our Privacy Policy.

No earnings guarantee

Nothing on this site is a promise of income. Any figures we mention describe what specific people have earned, not what you should expect. Most people who go live earn modest amounts, many earn nothing, and results depend on your own consistency, the hours you put in, how you respond to coaching, and on TikTok’s programmes and payout rules, which change and are outside our control.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to apply. TikTok independently verifies age and eligibility as part of its own application process, and we cannot override it.

Applying

Applying does not create an agreement and does not obligate either of us. We review every application and may decline any of them. The application itself is completed on TikTok and is subject to TikTok’s terms.

If you join

There is no fee to join and we never take a percentage of what you earn — TikTok pays us separately for developing active creators. There is no fixed term: you can leave whenever you want, and you do not need a reason. Your account is yours, before and after. We never hold your login.

This website

The text, images and design on this site belong to LIVEproof. You are welcome to share links to it. Please do not copy the site or present it as your own, and do not use it to imply that LIVEproof endorses something it does not.

We keep this site accurate but we cannot promise it is error-free or always available, and we are not responsible for what happens on sites we link to, including TikTok.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when they last changed. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
